In my opinion first picture is dolma, this dish is popular in such countries as Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Greece.I have no idea what dish on the second picture and on the third picture I can see salmon with yellow sauce , I think it is Scandinavian national cuisine, because there are a lot of lakes and seas for fishing and cold climate for farming.
Artem, you are quite right about the first picture. That is dolma which is like our holubtsy but meat is covered with grape leaves not cabbage ones. And you are very close to the truth about the third picture. Let's get other students a chance to get extra points :)
